My sisters and I called in some mild, extra crispy, non-breaded wings for pick-up. The order should have been done in 15 minutes. We gave ample time for the order to be ready, especially since we called a couple minutes later and added an order of fried pickles. When we arrived, we saw where to pick up. The order was not ready yet and we waited another 5 minutes. We brought them home and started eating. I thought to myself that the wings were a little sweet. After eating a couple, one of my sisters also made a comment that the wings were sweet. I thought that's just how Wing House made them. We haven't been there in a while, so maybe it is how the wings are supposed to be. They were still good, but I did not expect them to taste how they did. The fried pickles were pretty tasty. I might return just to see how the other wing flavors are.

We placed a simple order for pick-up, 20 mild wings and fried pickles. The girl on the phone said the amount and it would take about 15 minutes. We waited about 10 minutes before we left the house to go get it, so it would be ready when we got there. When we arrived we still waited about another 10 minutes. When we got home to eat, the pickles were spears fried just right and seasoned well. It came with ranch dressing to eat with it. The wings were extra crispy how we liked but the mild sauce was unexpectedly sweet. Maybe that's just THEIR "mild." It didn't taste bad, just not what I was craving when I ordered. I might try them again but not anytime soon. It has already been awhile since I first tried them, like a couple years. The main competition definitely has one up (at least) on them though.

Gave them a second chance, sat at the bar so I can get faster service. After finishing my beer and no one getting my food order. I left to eat elsewhere. So I can't review the food to see if it was better or not.

Huge fan of this place except for this place on this day. Only came here to celebrate a teammates Birthday after a flag football game at Cady Way Park. My intentions were to get stupid full on endless wings and beer. My endless wings ENDED one hour later. The service was horrible when food came out server never came to our table to ask the entire table for reorders. The Birthday boy was actually smart enough to reorder when he saw her again but none of the other 6 would think our server would go into hibernation mode. But we also saw that the other tables were also upset. Manager was in and out of the office didn't really seem like he understood what customer service was. Anyways hour and a half later We were able to squeeze out another basket and asked for a check at the same time. Of course they are always quick to bring that out. I forgot to mention that half the table had left already by then they probably figured they could go home and make dinner by the time We got our reorder. Overall I'm sure it was a bad night for her but I also put blame on the manager for not checking on tables, easy to notice empty cups, pitchers, baskets!!!!

The manager (bald guy in his 30s) was ripping off customers on alcohol- threatening to throw them out. I come to this establishment often - very disappointing will never come back. He was nice up until fight night when he thought he had more leverage over customers. Bad management bad service.

I can't review the food or the drinks because we sat at our table for 10 minutes without ANYBODY stopping to even offer drinks or take our order! We walked out. I guess they did not want our business. :(

The only reason this even gets two stars is because the wings aren't terrible. First the name is wing house "wings BEER atmosphere" and I was so unimpressed with all three of those attributes. No beer. Wings are only worth eating because the sauce is good. And the atmosphere is frankly uncomfortable.. For me and my boyfriend. We were unaware that these girls were backward hooters girls. All ass. Which fine you got it flaunt it. But the waitresses would rather look at reflections of themselves in the windows. Text in plain view of the customers and talk. We were handed like 6 wings in our meal. And after eating our pea size portions we waited a half hour for our check which was wrong. Also half the chairs are bar stools with no backs.. Not exactly comfortable. I'd rather stand. Pretty much next time I'll get KFC take it home and walk around in my underwear. It will be more comfortable. Affordable and filling. And my boyfriend would prob like it better. Time for second dinner.

Not going to lie I'm not one to level a review about any place but the hospitality I received today by a server by the name casey was beyond any I could ask for. As I server I was very pleased by the service I received and definitely will see me again.

Not nearly the food quality that it used to be! Service was good, but the buffalo chicken sandwich was over cooked, the fries were cold and tasted like onion rings. They used to have a really fresh well cooked food. The outfits and hotness of the waitresses/bartenders should always be secondary in a place like this. I don't go there for that. I go there for the food.

I enjoyed Ker's Winghouse. I have been eating chicken wings for years and I know what good wings are. The sauces here are different, but good. I got the hottest wings on the menu, but that's the way I like them. Curly fries arrived with my order and were very good. This place beats hooters as far as the wing experience. Management are all men who are very friendly and make sure you are enjoying your dining and viewing experience. Chelsey from New Hampshire was my waitress. Wow. Pretty girl. Tipped her $70.00 for the holidays, she certainly deserved it with all the weirdos and perverts who venture in and out of here several times a day.

In 2002 I bought my first motorcycle upon my completion of the MSF course. This was the first place I ever rode it to. Why? Because I remembered that they had a separate section for motorcycle parking. That's right. I wanted to park in the motorcycle parking spot. Anyway. It's been several years since I've been, and I decided one day to have lunch there as I was driving by it. It seems to be some sort of cosmic, universal truth that breastaurants just never have excellent food. Winghouse is no exception. I ordered a burger, I forget the name but it had bacon, BBQ sauce, and an onion ring on top. Sounded good. What I got was a burger patty that tasted as if it had been frozen for an indeterminate amount of time after being preformed into a perfect circle and shrink wrapped. The bacon added very little flavor for some reason, as I could hardly tell that it was there. There was about 1.4 micrograms of BBQ sauce on it, and the fried onion ring was limp and had no real crunch. It was disappointing that the burger, which sounded so good on the menu, was slightly less flavorful than the grocery store potato chips it was served with. I vaguely remember having a slightly better experience with the wings, but honestly it was so long ago that I wouldn't be comfortable reviewing them. Good uniforms though.

I went in there because I love wings. So, when I drove by this place on the way to the hotel...I made a mental note to go back at some point for dinner. I do like the fact that you can mix sauces, so I had the Hot and BBQ mixed. It was pretty good. The wings are large, and the fries were good....but they aren't the best wings I've had. The service was pretty good...wasn't the best, but there were a lot of people at the bar and only one bartender. So, she was having to work the room pretty hard to keep everyone happy. They did have a nice happy hour of two for one beers....so that was nice. But other than that...there's nothing to write home about. Would I go back? Yes. But I wouldn't make it a point to go back just for this place.

Nice girls & decent food. I got the boneless wings and the portion size was huge! I think they do it by ounces. So 10 boneless wings is more like 15+. The drinks were cheap and so was the food for how much they give you. I thought the regular wings tasted better than the boneless.

This restaurant is just not consistent. Wing House does a decent job of keeping customers happy and their tables moving in order to accommodate the LOADS of customers they get, especially during fight nights. This time was different, it was mid afternoon and the place was pretty empty with a good number of staff. I ordered your typical Wing House staple -- Wings with House on Fire, no dipping sauces, and original. Pretty simple, right? My order came: 10 Wings, House on Fire, no sauces, original. Here was the problem, wings were BARELY breaded, they were sitting in a pool of wing sauce with bits of old and burnt chicken pieces. You know the ones you find in your own oil after you fry up a batch of homemade wings. The sauce that happened to make it on the wings didn't even coat the wing completely. I have had decent experiences at Wing House, and I if I do choose to patronize it, I don't expect an amazing experience, I mean hey, it's the Wing House. But for goodness sakes, at least be consistently mediocre. Wing House serves Wings and Beer (and other menu items). If you mess that up, what are you really left with?

I have to give this place 3 stars because the drinks are so cheap. A "Big Daddy" (32 oz domestic) is $3.59. The food is mediocre, but that isn't really what most people come for. This is the perfect place for a guys night out, but as a women I still enjoy my time spent here. The servers are decently attentive and they always play all the games. Fight nights are usually overcrowded, but on most other days the crowd is great.

This place is OK ... They have a good beer special everyday for happy hour from 4-8 pm which is $1.25 drafts and on Tuesdays and Thursdays after 10pm they have $3.00 big daddy beers.... And all the ultimate fights are free but come early because it gets packed. My experience sometimes is when I sit down near the beer taps I start to smell this odor like dirty water when I realized it is the beer tap line... It smelled like they had not cleaned the lines in a long time... and sometimes the glasses smell like they are not really cleaned right... It made me wonder what type of mold was growing in the lines... As for the wings? Well I've had better at a lot of other places... For this place to call themselves Winghouse and not take pride in their wings says a lot about this company... Other then that the girls are very pretty and very friendly.... Its a great place for all the married or single men to have a guys night out with some very pretty girls serving them without have to pay $20.00 for a dance.... If you go to this Winghouse ask for Lauren, Heather, or Stephanie... in my opinion these ladies are what true service represents every time you go they will make sure your glass is never empty and it will always be service with a smile.

Went there last night, the hot girls seem to walk around and serve very little. After sitting at a table for 15 minutes and being completely ignored we promptly left. If you want to look at scantly clad hot girls and be ignored this is the place you should go!
